I have a 2000 word essay on the execution of Charles I due in seven hours, and I haven't even started yet.

I've had more than enough time to finish it, too. Plus, I really need to go to bed.

Who can beat that?

I have about 300 pages of Fed. Indian Law to read, about 150 for forensic evidence, ~20 of admin law, I have to prepare a cross examination for wed. of a witness, I have to finish my app to the Pub. Def. (which requires me to find out every job I've had for the last 10 years - oi), I have a memorandum about evidentiary hearing standards for habeas corpus death penalty proceedings (which is extremely complex and is taking forever to research), I have to write a cover letter to a business law job I want and I have to study for the Bar during my spare time.

Whenever the Supreme Court comes down with their Miranda decision about physical fruits I will have to be summarizing that as well. But the Sup. Ct. writes opinions as fast as glue.

I had a history midterm on friday and I hadn't even been to class in 3 weeks. I found out about the midterm from one of my classmates that I ran into in the gym. I had no notes and I didn't even know which text book the class had been reading out of. I managed to find someone with a study guide around 8:00 on thursday and I went back to my dorm room and procrastinated and went to sleep. I woke up an hour and a half before the test and looked up some of the terms on the study guide, played a few rounds of SSBM on my friend's cube and then went in to take the test.
