Because if you read rule number four of the bright yellow guidlines it quite specifically says

4) No pornography. There's enough of that shit on the internet, and we prefer to get out traffic with quality content, not with "Alien Donkey Humpings R' Us" graphics. Besides, pornography often deters a lot of the advertisers that we need to keep I-Mockery running. If you post pornography, you'll be banned for 1 month. Do it again, and you're gone for good.

5) Signature files are fine, but do not make them too big. The last thing people want to see is a one word post with a 300 word signature. Do not make signatures too bright and/or flashy, and if you're using images in your signature, try to keep the height within 100 pixels and the width shouldn't be the much more either.
