I mostly use IE, but it's been incredibly shitty lately and I'm getting sick of its bullshittery and constant crashes. Are there any better browsers taht don't cost, y'know, money? :/

Mozilla's gold. If you can run 'em (Mac-only shit), Safari and Camino are also quite nice.

IE never gives me problems either, and it's definitely my favorite browser to use. After that, I'd say go with Opera.

You can thank IE for most of your spyware. Mozilla always prompts you when something is trying to install itself onto your machine without you knowing. And no shitty toolbars stick themselves to mozilla either :)

i have really grown to like my ie2 more and more. it has tabs, not that they are that useful, becuase you have something known as a task bar which essentially does the same thing. but it does other things like store groups so you can open a bunch of pages at once, you can just highlight and click and drag a word and it does a search using whatever search engine you want, and it has a popup blocker build it. you can also do crap like hotkeys. really the onyl thing i dont like about it so far is that i cant browse computers on my local network using it and ftp browseing is weird on it. And it is based on ie so it is very compatible and fast.
