The book is much better than the movie.

The movie has a charm all its own though.

yeah. The book doesn't have a half-nekkid Ed norton or Pitt. Or Jared Leto with his face beat in.

I find the movie has the better ending. Not to discount the book's, but the movie somehow manages to make it somehow depressingly victorious and surreally funny. "You've met me at a very strange time in my life" is the fucking understatement of the year.

It was alright, but I am soooo fucking sick of everyone thinking it's the best movie ever.

The books ending was really cool but would have been really hard to realize on the big screen. Same with when Tyler & "Cornelious" meet for the first time.

The movies ending is also cool. Even in "death" Tyler Durdon's plan stayed in motion. Which was also addressed in the books ending.

It reminded me in a lot of ways of that book "Iron John".
