Shit in my task manager

How do I find out what each one of these things are?

I have like 45 things running, I'm sure at least some of them have to be useless (at the very least).

Out of all the things, I only know what like 5 of them are.

How the fuck do I find this shit out? Besides post a topic about it on I-mockery. I already did that.

i assume you are running windows xp.
if they are on the process tab in task manager it is normaly to have at least around 25, usually closer to 30.

best way to clean it up is to click start go to run and type msconfig
go to the startup tab and go down the list and look each item up on google. none of them are really needed to run most programs but some might be items you want.

also run and update spybot AND adaware
