Computer to Xbox file transfers

Using EvolutionX, how can I transfer skins and other programs from my PC to my Xbox?

find out the ip address of the xbox. then connect to it using an ftp client user name and password by default are xbox/xbox

skins are store in the c:\skins folder i believe

What program should I use to Transfer the files? and do I have to do anything special on the xbox? have it on a special screen or anything?

I tried this before but it didn't work too well with my version of xbox. You can use about any ftp client, just type in "free ftp download" in google and something useful should come up. And file management and changing is done from the ftp client on your computer. Evox or some kind of Linux must be running on the xbox at the time though.
If your still confused, look for an xbox ftp tutorial. That's how I learned.
