iexplorer.exe problem

i have an old pentium2 pc and when i turn it on, it opens windows all i see is the background, and then a iexplorer.exe error appears. can some one help me out

What did you do to it before it started crashing?

nothing it just has emulators like neo rage and nes emulators

Hmm... I recall encoutering a problem like this years ago, but I forget what I did to make it go away.

Try booting into Safe Mode and running msconfig to prevent IE from starting up at the beginning.
