I'd say get them reduced. But make sure they look full or you'll be doing more harm than good.

Some of you mentioned penis implants earlier. I would just like to point out those things are OLD NEWS and have been around for over a decade.

They are mostly for people with erectile dysfunction. There are two major models. One is like a thin balloon they put in the lower muscle wall of the penis that is filled with saline. The balloon is attached to a squeezable container implanted into the testicals. Basically you pump your scrotom and it give you an erection that lasts as long as you want it to. Just feel around the the release switch and your back to flaccid, just like that.

The other kind is just metal rods with hinges attached to them. There's like three or four hinges they put into the penis, and you just bend them into position when you feel the need. Very expensive procedure. I'm working my ass off between school and work just to get it done. It's tentatively set for the first of the year. They won't be taking that much off the top and I'm no candidate for a titanium cage - not that big. Oddly I'll be the same size but not as much tissue.
