i made some pistachio pudding one time that was so old the pistachios in it were all rancid and it was fuckin gross

When she was a lass, my grandmother and her family would tie up a swine upside-down and slit its throat, then collect the blood in bowls and then make blood pudding.

I never met that grandmother. :/
