My b/f wants to start a small message board for his like-minded friends (there aren't many). Does anyone know where to get cheap web-space to host such a thing? I doubt it would be very big, so wouldn't need huge expensive thing. He wants to pay monthly as upfront yearly charge is too big for small pocket. I think that's the hard part?
