when I run my antivirus, it keeps finding a file located at:

C:\Documents and Settings\OWNER\Application Data\dnx?.exe

which it will not delete automatically. So I restart my computer in Safe Mode, and go to delete it manually, but the file isn't there. I run a search for it, and the computer can't find it either. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

I know it, but it's there.

There's a rootkit installed on your system. I've seen this plenty of times before. Maybe if you quit looking at porn you'll be better. In the meantime, the only sure way to fix it is to reinstall windows. There are "rookit detectors" out there, but then again, I bet you're too stupid to figure out what to type into Google to find them.
