Here's an example:

California State University, Northridge cuts its on-campus mail
deliveries to just once a day, causing problems including crickets escaping in the mailroom, frozen packages melted, and a student received his acceptance letter to graduate school two weeks after the start of classes.

Don't you go to college to be smart? What example is this setting?
