Trying to have cool giveaways each month now and this latest one is pretty damned spiffy if I do say so. The new Mystery Science Theater 3000 Volume 6 DVD set is up for grabs. One lucky winner will get it, so be sure to enter. All you have to do is send in a single email with your name and mailing address and you're entered!

damn, I would've really liked to enter on this one. :( But I couldn't find anything on rhino.com about whether or not it was region free, and then I thought if it wasn't on there it probably wasn't, and then I thought how I was just going to either be not eligible for the giveaway or just needlessly complicate things and I curled up and DIED.

according to amazon.com:
Encoding: Region 1 (U.S. and Canada only. This DVD will probably NOT be viewable in other countries. Read more about DVD formats.)

Sure, get in touch with them and see if they'd like me to host a promotional giveaway. I'd be more than happy to do that if they're interested.

i'm sorry but what is the point of buying a dvd of something you could watch for free on the internet?

Because watching things for free on the internet is for 13 year-old douchebags

oooooh i gotcha
I want it tho :( I'd prefer to own something i liked than to have it just be "available" to me, no matter how easily available it is. But that's just how I think. Like, if I like a movie I'll at least want a copy of it, even if I can rent it anytime I want on netflix, or if somebody else in my house owns it.
