Nope. It's a bad thing. Women seem to think about marriage a lot. If she hasn't considered you, she probably doesn't want it and what she really wants that time for is probably to figure out how to let you down easily.

i'd say it's a good thing to think about anything before doing it. that is, it's a good thing if she's really thinking about it and hasn't just said that to avoid telling you she's really not interested, which is highly likely.
