Alrighty... this is the first short of several to come. Forget all about the weak public service announcements that we encounter in the USA. When it comes to PSAs, Mexico kicks our ass.

Well, i am Mexican, and i always found this things funny, but they are not Public Service Announcements, in fact they are used in elementary school as a kind of homework. You cut the pictures(problably the reason you found the second one cutted)and make a resume of the information that is on the back of the monograph(that´s the name of those)to your notebook, then you paste the picture with the resume. There are many kinds of monographs, of nature, story, laws, drugs, works, maps.....it's a good way to make homework fun, and they are very cheap like 10 cents each. :) please tell your readers about this.

Cool, yeah several people told me about this, even though they were being sold as public service announcement posters in that museum. That's crazy that they actually had these things in elementary schools though... they showed elementary school kids pics of a father beating his son and pics of a guy stabbing someone else to death??

You would think that if they put these pictures in schools, they ought to at least be able to draw a fetus properly. The head should be downwards.

Oh yes, i have to admit many thing in elementary school are quite....dramatic, and yes the "artists" usually dont have experience in the subject they are portrating, but it serve its purpuse.
Anyway we dont argue for things like if evolution does exist like in some schools of the USA :/
If i can i will scan a real PSA, of what to do if you are pregnant and you are in risk of mislabor. It shows a woman who is bleeding from....well i will try to get it for you.
