1. The women. I understand that not everyone who frequents this site/board would rate this as highly as I do. I don't really care, though.

2. It doesn't get cold in Texas. It's the middle of January, and it's currently 68 degrees. We get cold weather for a few days, and then it's right back to mild temperatures again.

3. Southern hospitality. This wouldn't go for only Texas, but it's worth mentioning all the same. I've had the opportunity to travel elsewhere in the U.S., and I haven't come across (generally speaking) a more friendly group of people than you'd normally see in Texas.

I'd try to think of more, but well...I'm at work. And I'm a lazy bastard.
