please help me find out the name of this movie

ive been trying to remember what this movie is called. basically there was a crazy motorcyclist who cut this guys head off and put it in the toilet and in the end it turned out to be a girl killer. also she used a big ass butcher nice to cut the head off. and when she busting in to kill there was this music like dunnadanunnadunna etc etc
it was so funny!

The movie you're talking about kind of sounds like something Troma would do... in fact I'm pretty sure there is one about chick on motorcycles possibly killing people but I'm not positive.

no its a weird killer that wears all black and a black helmet and the main thing i remember is her chopping through the door with an axe and then this guys head was floating in the toilet. it was kick ass and i want to get it for my little ones

according to a preliminary internet search it might be "house on sorority row" or "curtains"? although the plot summaries don't sound like they match up
