Congrats and best of luck! has it been much stress to organise? I have managed to avoid much stress so far...I am anxiously waiting for it to begin...
We just booked a club to have a party in a week after we get married, and when we booked it the manager said 'What would you like the bar staff to wear? They can go topless if you like.'
Us: 'Erm...no thats fine, they can..er..wear clothes....... OK, maybe half and half.'.

I find it incredibly ironic that you two are marrying different people at the same time.

we got engaged around the same time, but i don't think dole is getting married until may of next year.
i knew about the engagement first...well, besides the lovely lady and dole, of course and perhaps one or two of dole's best buds (and i'm not talking about the marijuana buds, although they might have known FIRST first. this is something we will never know, because their secret was smoked).
right. so. i'm happy for dole and he knows it and i know he's happy for me so there ya go. and if all you crappy new people don't understand i'll tell ya a thing or two: hush up and piss off.
as far as stress with planning this thing, i would have to say that i've been extremely lucky and haven't felt any of it. i have a wonderful best jilly-bean in my life who is taking care of everything for me along with an aunt who has pretty deep pockets and endless, unconditional love. my only problem now is trying to figure out how to satisfactorily thank the both of them for what they have done for me. yup.

that would require time! which i don't have a lot of!!
we're having carrot cake for our wedding cake. it's gonna have a vanilla creme frosting and a cream cheese mousse filling.
i'm giving out huge caramel apples as wedding favors.
we're having a fall brunch following the ceremony that will include:
hot apple cider with cinnamon sticks
coffee/tea/juice/water
mas carpone stuffed french toast with sauteed apples
an omelette station with a chef who will make them to order
bacon, sausage and honey glazed ham
butternut squash soup
pumpkin bread
pastries
fruit and cheese
oh and a champagne toast :D

"the first night bri and i will be alone in 7 months and 8 days"
Is he one of those cultist mormons? I hear they can only be alone with people every 215 or so days which ends up equalling 7 months and a week or so. It's different every year based on the astrological cycle.. but yea, that day(it's actually like a 43 hour period, sometimes shorter.. like i said it's astrologically calculated) is the only day they can see a loved one/breed, get married and a bunch of other strange religious cultist activities revolving around some kind of Blood craze meditation they do each of those mornings at six o'clock to align themselves between the sun and mars which is apparantly where the gateway to their heaven lies. The funny thing is despite putting themselves between the ego and the color red they still think violence is wrong and all that other lovey jazz.
