Some of you may have seen the story about the kid getting busted for attaching an i-pod headphones sticker to an i-pod and getting away with it (almost). Well anyway, its a pretty boring story but one part of the article caught my eye...
...Baldino's bar-code bargains pale in comparison with other national cases. In November, a Reno, Nev., man was arrested for stealing more than $200,000 worth of Legos in a bar-code scam. Baldino is accused of stealing $370 from Target.
Ok now stealing a i-pod I can understand but who on earth needs $200,000 worth of LEGO??
He must have been trying to build a house extension or something :confused
Although saying that, you could do some totally sweet things with that much Lego.

Support America, don't use those chinese Legos!
I've become a pic whore. :(
I would pay 200,000 to live in that house though.

I'd steal Legos if they still had the Ice Planet sets. Those things kicked ass.

Space Police will kick the ass of all space lego. But your probably too young to remember
Edit: Blacktron is a close second
Further Edit, to prelude any argument in the subject, the rescue sets will always dominate the town sets, the wolfpack will rule the castle series, and pirates are not only the best fucking lego ever, but probably the best TOY ever.
In fact, any toy that has the flexibility to allow you to have a building be hijacked by ninjas, who are teaming up with pirates from space, who are using robots from the future to battle cowboys and fireman, who then all team up to beat on the gay robin hood fags, is quite possible the best toy ever.

Getting this huge Admirals Castle and a bunch of pirate legos for christmas is still one of my fondest memories. :tear

the 90s medievil sets were pretty cool, as were space police :)
also, am i the only one that thinks that the plural for lego shouldnt be 'legos'. it sounds weird, i prefer simply using 'lego' as the plural.

Dude Father, the whole 'Legos' thing has come up numerous times on this board, & the Americans refuse to admit they are wrong, but then they say sheeps as well. >:
