i´m new at this forum
several hours ago i ate schnitzel

i´m from germany.. i often eat schnitzel
i just want to ask if you know schnitzel in usa?
very tasty i can tell you :)
i ate it with spätzle and rahmsauce

schnitzel: chicken, for all of you who didnt have a clue what lunlun meant and thought your lives would be ruined forever. I myself prefer a "schnitzel" breast roasted with lemon juice.

Schnitzel is generally made of pork
but you can have it with chicken also

its coat with breadcrumbs and very very tasty ;)

My mother is Austrian so she cooks it very regularly. Its pretty nice in a sandwitch with letuice and mayonase

they are made out of eggs and they are very soft and delicious
depending on where you live they are very short and called "knöpfle" (knobbies) or long like spaghettis
