Jeanette I really don't think there is anything out there that would be permanent unless it was some sort of surgery. Topicals is all I can think of. Sorry. :(

The difference lies in mentality--women are more psychologically prepared for the experience, whereas most men tend to come into the game years behind women. I use dogpile for some of my searches but I felt dirty about looking for nipple sensitivity. In fact I didn't even google the nipple stuff. I felt if I did that then I would be a dyke or something.
