Sometimes I make biscuits with shredded cheese mixed into the dough, and the best kind of cheese I've ever used with it is mozzerella with sun dried tomato and basil pesto. It's like ecstacy :eek

The only thing that could have made it better is if I hadn't've had to use bisquick. ;(

I like the cheesy kind they serve at Red Lobster, but the cheese and garlic ones from Bisquik are the same thing.
