It's completely normal. It's to do with pigmentation and slack skin. Next time you have an erection, you may well notice that your penis is paler then when flaccid.

However it could also be a fungal infection, you scumbag.

the penis has a higher blood flow so it gets more melanin. It has nothing to do with sun, it's like how black guys have that purplish discoloration on their elbows. Of course it could mean you need to wash it after rigorous butt sex.
