Triforce Tattoo

I am a hardcore Zelda fan. I own them all, even the Philips CD-I embarassments. I drink blue potions and crap Nayru's Love. And now with the upcoming release of Twilight Princess, I can't seem to think about anything else. You can play with kittens, COME ON

So, I've decided that I will get a triforce tattoo.

Not sure which hand... I think in TP it will be on his right, but on all others it's been the left.

Should I get it all black? Yellow with black borders? or all yellow?

Should I make the courage portion stand out more than the other two?

And how big should it be?

I've never had a tattoo before so I've got alot of questions

Shoulder. Ask the tattoo artist, but it should fit the size of the muscle you’re getting it on. If you get it on your shoulder, it should be only on your deltoid. ect...

My parents say once I turn 16 I can get one. So yeah. Id do it. But put it on the left make it all yellow and have the courage part stand out. Thats what Im getting. Do not. Have it colored. As Marc pointed out, they look tacky as hell. A plain black triforce tattoo on your shoulder would be a good idea. You can have it be as large as you want, and no one can see it in a job interview.

Heh, I was figuring about getting a Zelda tattoo, but now I figure it'll be uber geeky of me *No offense meant, but I'm the Zelda freak among my friends so me getting a triforce tattoo would just have everyone labelling me as the weird Zelda kid for the rest of my life*

All I can suggest is, make it ornate. Don't have just a block of yellow, have it like, a metallic shield look or something, slightly rusting or breaking, I don't know...just something cool. Find a friend who can draw really well and get them to sketch something out for you.

And yeah, get it in a place where you can cover it up easily. Unfortunantely tattoo's scare people off *Our society is so lovely*

I really don't think a Triforce tattoo is something to show off. A T-shirt says you're a fan, a tattoo says that you enjoy stabbing paiper-mache Octoroks with a cardboard sword in your spare time.

I think the best possible tattoo to get would be an invisible tattoo that glows in the dark. And Zelda Tattoos are for nerds, If i were you, I would get a picture of a 300 pound Elvis Presley. Gain some weight so that when you slap your belly, elvis would get "All Shook up!"

This is almost as bad as those people that get anime characters tattooed on themselves in places that aren't normally covered with many many layers of clothing. I suggest a totally smoking hot Valkyrie clinging to the back of a cyborg pteradactyl driving a firey sword through it's alloy skull. Maybe with a tattered banner over the top saying something cool like "TERRORDACTYL" or you know, something like that. Sweet.

Make sure that if it's your first tattoo you put in somewhere concealed. And even then, placement depends on how big you want it, how much pain you can handle and how visible you would like it to be. The underside of your arms and your ribcage are quite sensitive. As is the hip line. Basically, where ever there isn't much fat it hurts. Your shoulder or upper arm isn't so bad.

The taint is barely noticeable. Get the triforce there. That way, since you're getting a gay tattoo, all the gay guys who are plunging your drain will have something to look at.

First thing you should know about white and yellow ink: it fades REALLY quick so it just looks like nothing after awhile.
Secondly, if I ever see anyone with a fucking tri-force tattoo I'm gonna point and laugh at your asses. You dork.
I have 4 rather large tattoos, and yes putting the tatt somewhere you can cover up easily is HIGHLY reccommended. I've got one on each arm and each leg, which are generally the best places to get done since they hurt less and are easy to cover up with a t-shirt and jeans.
Also getting a tattoo really young is just stupid. If you end up getting a tattoo at the tender age of 16 I'll bet you anything in a few years you'll end up covering it up because chicks will think you're lame for having something so retarded. If you're hell-bent on getting a tattoo so young, get something that REALLY means something to you, video game tattoos are a sure fire way to cock-block yourself in a social situation. And I'll laugh at you.
