Is there a way in Microsoft Outlook to select a bunch of messages and reply to them all with just one email. (ie: it would add everybody's email address to this one message that you're sending out, rather than sending each of them a separate email)

you can create a group with all of the addresses you want to send to and then send the message to the group.

isn't that what the CC: function is for

oh, wait. i just reread what you wrote, rog, and you're talking about replying to many messages with one email. not many people. oh, doh. i don't think so. i've tried to find a way before when i was forwarding out of one email account to a new one before deleting it. sorry. :(

can't you just copy paste their names into the cc or 'to' field? like this "mockery@cockblocker.com, Stupidface@elementaryschool.net, questions@answered.com" (seperating by commas) or do you want a copy of their message in the email window?
