AqsMorningview: thats basically whats happening besides it haveing a virous just before this appened which i got from lime wire or trying to get a crack for one of my programs

Try pressing ctrl-alt-delete and then Esc once it gets to the blank screen.

If that doesn't work, see if it will boot up in safe mode. Let me know how it goes.

Try going to the command prompt, wipe the computer and reinstall.

No, the screen is not the problem.

Clean reinstall windows (format, then install), and if that doesn't work then one of your hardware components is bad.
