Well, I've been away from the Torrent scene for to long, and I was wondering which torrent downloading client I should go for at the moment.

bittornado's never steered me wrong

make sure you get peerguardian with whatever you decide to go with though

Utorrent is the best I've used.

peerguardian? Does it protect from Viruses or RIAA?

riaa

and since it has the option of blocking schools it will at least keep college kids from putting viruses on your computer

I wish it blocked all college kids from my entire internet experience.

I second utorrent

Why you gotta be bumpin' this, man?

Also, BitComet is a great client.

because I agree with MetalMilitia, because utorrent is a great client, because utorrent does not have to be installed (It's a stand alone app)..

Happy?

Bitcomet doesn't have to be installed, either.

bitsoup doesn't like bitcomet so if you plan on going there i'd advise against it

they claim it jams up the network for everyone else, too
