OK well I don't know if this works for everybody but it's worked the last two times I've tried and I get blocked sinuses like nobody's business.

1) Push hard on the dent above your nose and between your eyes with your thumb.
2) Press your tongue flat up against the roof of your mouth.

Don't do them at the same time, and alternate between 1 and 2 every two seconds and then magic happens.:eek

My aunt gave me this advice (keep in mind she is a plastic surgeon):

If you are sick or like your nose is acting wierd, while you're in the shower snort up a handfull of hot shower water. It will clear that shit up.

I ususally lay on one side taht doesn't have the clog then lay on the other when the clog moves. It gives me two minutes of uncloggy paradise.
