The one that started it all. You kids with your Zelda64 and your Final Fantasy 39! It all began with a cursor that could pick up ONE item at a time and big dragons that looked like ducks. The ultimate in lo-res fantasy, you found a chalice and brought it back to the castle. That's it. 3 levels of difficulty, no background music, and at the time, no cheat codes or internet maps to help your butt out if you got stuck. Intensely addictive. Also one of the first games to have an "easter egg" that consisted of finding a secret room that had the programmer's signature.
