This is the third game in this immortal series, and also one of the best! The story is that Dr. Wily gives up trying to destroy Megaman and then goes to help Dr. Light design a peace-keeping robot known as Gamma. Mega is sent to eight mining planets in order to collect the crystals needed to power Gamma. Along with him is a new cohort, Rush the robodog. And following him the entire way is a mysterious robot outfitted in red. Who is this enigma, and is Wily truly faithful to the peace-keeping project? <BR>The game gets hard in the areas with Doc Robot. On either side of these four levels, things aren't too difficult. Skillful use of Rush's abilities is the key to winning this game. Magnet Man's weapon is also great at destroying hard-to-get bad bots. You can also slide using Down and A in tandem. The slide is effectively a "ducking" maneuver. This is the last Mega game where all of the bosses seemed to do something unique. The games hereafter tended to give the bosses weapons that were derivatives of those in the first three games.<BR> <BR>
