Wow! You'd be surprised how cool this yellow ball of fuzz (or fire) is! He may be small, but he has a big mission! He must save his long lost love a different dimension! Ya see Slider and her were in his car together making out fuzzball(fire)ball style. They started to get really into it when all of a sudden, she gets whisked away my a big ball of purple crap who looks a little like Barney! Slider calls out to her, "Slidy! cum, I mean come back!" But the evil purple blob yells back, "She's coming with me to go meet Mr. Monkey! HAAHAAHAA!" So exciting! Actually, I'm not sure if that’s the true story or not. I don't have the manual so I'm assuming that’s what the object is. You see, Slider is in some place where in outer space and the ground is covered in tiles. Blue tiles. But our hero Slider must've stepped in some pink crap or something 'cause he turns the blue tiles pink when he walks over them. The true object of the game is to turn ALL the blue tiles pink. Sound hard? It's actually very easy...up to level 13. Then things get hairy. Gameplay:9 Controls are SO simple in this 'Pac Man' look-alike game. Slider can move in 4 directions, and button 1 makes him hock loogies at his enemies! The enemies range from ghosts to even green psychopaths. Most of them can only kill you by bum rushing you, but beware of the dreaded purple octopus! He can hock loogies faster, farther, and with more accuracy then you. Thank God all the enemies take only 1 loogie to be silenced. You can even get powerups to make you loogies go in multiple directions all at the same time! Tubular! There are other things you could pick up too such as Teddy Bears, and Exit Sign to make you warp to the next level, or the EVIL GREEN DEMON POSSESSED SHOES. If you come across them, STAY THE HECK AWAY. They reverse Slider's ability to turn the tiles pink! They make him turn them back to blue! Graphics:8 Very, very cool graphics for a Game Gear game. It's funny though, at time Slider will look like a fuzz ball, and then he could also look like a fireball too. Weird. Music:10+ Oh, my gosh does the music sound to dang happy! I'm serious, one day nothing was going right for me. I was about to just eat some lead but before I did I just wanted to play Slider for a few minuets before my death, but listening to music brought me outta my depression! Thank you Slider!! Originality:9 A little yellow fuzz(fire)ball trying to save his ? Cool. Overall:9 You've got to get this game. It is so...happy. HAPPY HAPPY, JOY JOY!! WHEEEE!!
