Ahh, Final Fantasy 3 for the NES. It makes even FF4 and 6 green with envy. The graphics are up to par with the first 2 NES games, so I'll give them a 10 for being good and nostalgic. The gameplay is equivalent to the first game, the second game was hated on due to the experience system, but that makes the second game unique. This game, however, is true to the original. The music is kick ass; therefore, I'll give it a 9 due to the fact that the victory theme is from the first game. This game says originality, especially when compared to the PS FF titles, except Tactics, which I like. In the end, download a pre-translated copy from www.vimm.net. Now let’s compare this with FF 7-9: They didn't have good storylines, weren't very fun to play, had lousy character design, and FF7 set a world record (note: this is my opinion).
