It's been forever since I've even attempted to write a video game review much less even wrote one but beyond that. the basic story is Protoman kidnapped Dr. Light and you must save him while killing Protoman's eight robot masters. I mainly played this game via the Mega Man Anniversary Collection and well, it's not a hard game. It feels and plays like most other Mega Man games with a little bit of extra stuff added in to find in each level. You can find verious rush and transportation items that help you advance through the game which was somewhat new compared to the other Mega Man games at the time, I guess.

In this game it reminded me of the first Mega Man where the levels themselves were a lot more challenging than the bosses tried to be. I'm also serious about this game's lack of challenge as I beat it in 90 minutes using only the Mega Buster and Rush/Transportation items on my first attempt of seriously playing it. Even with two castles and somewhat long levels it's a breeze.

Overall, it's still a pretty fun game if you're a fanatic of the Blue Bomber but I wouldn't recommend it if you demand a challenging game. If you want a challenging Mega Man, play the first one or 3.
