Cool World is an average game based on a PG-13 rated movie that takes you to cool places like the big city, candy land, and Las Vegas in order to prevent the evil vixen named Holli Would from becoming a real woman and dismantling the Spike of Power that keeps both the real world and Cool World in perfect balance.<br><br>
In this game, you are Jack Deebs. While avoiding the the Popper Police (they will arrest you), you have to collect clues on how to get Holli interested in having a date with you. Then you must chase Holli to the real world, and prevent her evil deed so that you can save the day.<br><br>
Years ago, my friends and I rented it for kicks. At home, I rented it 3-4 times and I got it for Christmas 1993 along with NHL '94, and a Sega Genesis with Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and David Robinson Basketball. If you're looking for some movie adventure in your SNES fun, this is a game to have to complete your collection. You've probably seen slightly better games, and then again, there ARE actually games that are a lot worse than this one. Hurry up or Holli will destroy both our worlds.
