Just drink 100% grapefruit juice at every meal for the next 5 days. You'll lose 5-8 pounds, promise.

You have to cut out cokes and alcohol too though.

grapefruits are awesome, but if you gave up alcohol and soda you'd probably lose weight anyway. Besides helping you lose weight and other things, if you drink/eat a lot of it before you do drugs it makes the drugs last longer. I think that's why Raoul Duke has all those grapefruits in fear and loathing :(

also: honey and lemon! has anybody tried that yet everybody who's tried it who we've told to try it has lost a lot of weight with minimal exercise and diet changes.
