Can someone please explain that despite working non--stop and having no holiday at all, going to work early and getting home late while bastard lazes around doing fuck all that I am inconsiderate? Can someone please explain how I can give anyone anymore space? I get back from work, have supper, expected to do the washing up and then go on my computer to chatter to old friends before going to bed, during which time bastard spends about five minutes max with me.

He is spending all his time talking on mirc and running up the bills. He has no job and has made little attempt to get one. He owes me a huge amount of money yet I am the one paying it off and having to pay for everything.

We went out on thursday and he whined the whole evening. We got back and he had to go online didn't he. Then friday night after making plans with me he decides that going to the pub and staying at another friends was more important. To which I responded by going and staying at home all weekend.

I am too angry and fed up to write anymore. So just tell me I'm stupid and blah blah blah but I would like some suitable comments on how to extract revenge and perhaps my money back...

Tell him to either get straight with monthly contributions to the household economy (plus what he owes you) or get the f*** out!

It will only get harder between the two of you, if the amount grows, bringing more resentment and leaving everything else un-changed!

Thanks. You're right. We live with someone else so thats what makes it harder. That why I pay the cable bill because its not fair on him if its cut off.

I feel sad because we had a good friendship once, but the past few months he can't stop talking to his filenexus "friends" and this stupid american woman. He chooses to spend his time with them instead of me. He has become so addicted to it that he can't do anything else. He even misses important appointments at uni because of it. I don't know what to do anymore.

I say that you get rid of his computer access. Don't tell me it isn't fair on him if it is cut off! Deny him the computer until he gets his shit together, and if he can't get his shit together, throw him out on the street!

His family haven't made any effort to help me and they rarely visit. I spend time with my family every week. I would have gone home along time ago but I have to stay to get my deposit back. I can't take the box away again because it is not fair on the other flat mate. But I guess if I try and explain how bad things have become he may listen. :(

ya know, my mom was with a guy like this for 10 years and when she finally got away she wondered why she didn't do it sooner. It may be difficult to try to get everything organized b/c you want to tie up loose ends before you leave if you plan on it but I say don't wait, just leave, things will work themselves out and I suggest going to someone's house you can trust (preferably a 6'5" former pro-nfl player) in case he snaps when you leave. Don't let someone scare you into staying with them and don't "put up" with someone. If you call it "putting up" with, it's not worth it and it's not mutual love.

yea, definitely kick this fucker to the curb...talk it over with your other flatmate, get a couple big nonbastard male friends over to your place one night and tell the guy to get his shit and leave within 10 minutes or he's getting the ever lovin shit beat out of him...he'll leave

then keep tabs on him one way or another so you know when he's gotten a job...when that happens, go pester him for your money back...if he doesn't at least make an attempt to pay you back in a timely fashion after getting a job, get those male friends and pay him a visit...you might never get your money back, but seeing him writhe in pain on the ground in a pool of blood will be well worth it I'm sure :)
