Usergroups???

What is that Usergroups thing up in the corner? Are we allowed to assemble groups, or is it just there?

In your case, it's just there.
However, if RoG changed his mind, & a veteran-only forum was to be created, that is the feature he would use, but on this forum, as it stands, 'Usergroups' is as useful as an appendix.
