Is there an easy way to take a big huge list of things and alphabetize them? In notepad or word or MS Works or something? Like is there a button hidden somewhere on those programs that just alphabetize every line in the document? This would save me a lot of grief.

(in Word)

Here's how to do it:
Select the text you want to sort. The text elements can be divided by bullets or paragraph markers, so this will work on many kinds of information.
Select Sort... from the Table menu. The Sort Text dialog box appears.
In the Sort Text dialog box, choose Ascending (A-Z or 1,2,3) or Descending sort (Z-A or 3,2,1).

Okay, here's another thing for somebody to help me find becasue I don't want to find it :(

I would like to add the same text to every line in a document. Is there an easier way to do this than going to the end of each line and hitting paste?

In other words, I want to take this:

Item 1
Item 2
Item 3
Item 4
Item 5
Item 6

And turn it into this:

Item 1 (TEXT!)
Item 2 (TEXT!)
Item 3 (TEXT!)
Item 4 (TEXT!)
Item 5 (TEXT!)
Item 6 (TEXT!)

Without having to do it by hand. Because my list has way more than 6 items on it.
