What Happened?

Okay this is just my two-sense on a few things that kind of piss me off...

First off, what happened to real punk music, I mean Sex-Pistols, GG Allin, and others. Now we are taken over by bands like Good Charlotte, Rancid, and NoFX. I mean I used to be into punk until people like Blink 182 come and ruin it for everyone with there wannabe "punk" If anything the only difference between the pop boybands and these so-called "punk" bands is they have guitars and the boybands dance around. Personally I think there should be more depth into a song than boo-hoo I lost my girlfriend life sucks because I am 25 and stills singing about being a teenager..

WTF? Do you even try to look underground? Go listen to Converge, Shikari, or Pg. 99 if you want modern punk (albeit more of a hardcore/grindcore thing going on).

I am more into industrial now I just got tired of the mainstream crap. Also it is not that mainstream thing that bothers me I could careless if a band is "the most well known band in the world". As long as there music is good. Where alot of the people I have talked to just say "Mainstream is for pussies" like nothing good has ever came out of mainstream music. I mean look at bands like Tool sure they went mainstream but yet they still managed to keep good music flowing.
