I don't want to change the direction of this thread... but I hear this complaint so often around here and I just don't get it. Perhaps someone could clarify.

Maybe I'm just too new and wasn't around enough on them to see how hilarious and amazing the old boards were and how they put this board to shame. BUT...

Despite the occasional "Couldn't obtain category list." error, these boards seem to load much faster, and I think aesthetically they are much nicer. The URL i-mockery.net is much nicer than that pub.ezboard/bimocker32978 whatever. So I can only assume the problem is with the community itself. Is it just the new people who frequent here? Are they not as funny? Do they post too much? Well, it is i-MOCKERY - you could put them in their place... Or is it a lack of 'vets'? Do the people you like from the old boards not post here as much? Do you? If that is the case it would seem to me that your issue is with them and yourself...

I don't mean to sound like an asshole, but if you really want the boards to be a certain way, bitching about how they're nothing like 'the good 'ol days' isn't going to accomplish anything.
