View Full Version : Damn, they over roasted my nuts.

I want to talk about somehting annoying. Besides me.
Just now I was enjoying a nice big bag of roasted Pistatchio nuts and i got very annoyed. It seems that the good people at Wal-Mart can't quite figure out how to roast a nut. A lot of them were over roasted. Now you may ask what's wrong with that? Well unlees you're simple, you'd know that when a nut is over roasted you can't get the skin off. No matter how hard you try you will never get the skin off without destroying 89% of the nut. So this means, throw it away or eat it. Now I hate the skin of a Pistachio, or any nut for that matter, but there's no way in hell I'm gonna throw away a delicious nut. So I eat it. But then I have to put up with the burnt, bland taste of the skin. MAN THIAT PISSES ME OFF!
Just wanted to get that off my chest.

You know when a nut goes bad, it always tastes really awful? Like, there's good nuts and there's bad nuts and nothing inbetween? There's got to be a great analogy in there somewhere.
