Ok, first off, I'll tellin all honesty, I suck with altering images. I suck real bad at them.

Anyways, I want to use this as my avatar: http://www.macemu.com/~rasc/temp/face.jpg

But it is off the avatar restrictions. So can anybody here help me out? I would really appreciate it. :)

It won't let me use txt files for my avatar :(

I thought you just wanted it resized. There are free sites online that do it although I don't know of any good ones. :/
