My school year is 186-some-odd days. You get eighteen sick days for the entire year. I've already used three. I'm undecided between spending them every once in a while or saving them so I can get out for two weeks following finals.

It takes about 45 min. to an hour to drive there. On a bus, it would probably take about 3 hours - 1 way. I live in the valley and school is in downtown L.A. Public transport in L.A. blows.

But I've fixed the problem. The tire was misshapen and it was causing the thumping. New tire - all better.
