Yeah fuckers, I love this movie. If you old folk can be nostalgic for crappy movies I wasn't alive for, than I can be nostalgic for a corny but generally entertaining movie that you were to old to be caught dead seeing.

Don't I know it. 2 was cool, if you could get past the fact that they cut out all plot from 1, and set it in new york. 3 and 4 blew, everyone knows that. :rolleyes
EDIT: I fucking typed "rollseyes" instead of "rolleyes" :(

They should make HOME ALONE 3, OUT OF THE HOME.
This time the kids are all grows up and in high school. Constantly taunted by kids in thier class, so basically the ending turns out like the Columbine Massacre.

I think it's funny that Macaulay Culkin was 12 when they filmed Home Alone and was able to play a convincing 8 year old. :lol
Now he's in his 20s and plays an equally convincing tool. :/

My mom used to be like "You know that boy in Home Alone? That's you, you were in the movie but you were too little to remember"
And I was a fucking stupid 4 year old kid watching a 13 year old and believing it was me :(

My mom once told me if I ate all my soup, Dick Tracy would come out of the bowl. When I finished and asked where he was, she gave me a pack of Dick Tracy cards. :(

remember before school when she would tell you that Buck Rogers would take you to school if you played with your balls in front of her? And then the mailman would drive you to school and let you play with his rocket?
the innocence of youth.

The Critic is still on Comedy Central late into the night on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Which makes the opening themesong especially creepy.

I always thought it was dumb that Kevin was 8 in Home Alone, and one year later, in Home Alone 2, he was 10. What's the matter, did Macaulay hit his growth spurt so he couldn't pass for 9? >:

his brithday may have been during the period when he was alone, so he would have just turned 10 in the sequel.

That's when I see it sometimes. No wonder it creeps me out more than it humors me.
