Here's your one and only chance to have your name immortalized... er... MONSTERIZED thanks to the wonders of modern technology and... uh... old 70's monster alphabet sticker trading cards. o.O By all means post your monsterized names here!

I played with this a bit and noticed a snafu that's probably due to the cards themselves. Aside from the interior artwork, "I" and "L" look the same. This could create some confusion with such words and names as "Illinois", "Lillian", "Iliad", "William" or "pooplog".
The art is bad-ass though. Reminds me of Jack Davis a bit.

While admittedly amusing, Eric, everyone knows your name is not "Vagina".
RoGer, you are the master of cards. I never saw these ones.

The L was the only card that was missing from the set actually, so I used one of the alternate "i" cards as a substitute until I could find a copy of the L card. Fortunately, a reader by the name of Paul was nice enough to send in a scan of his "L" card that just happened to be stuck on an old tape cassette storage box of his all these years.

Does anyone know who the artist(s) was/were for this card set? As I said earlier, I'm reminded of Jack Davis of MAD Magazine fame but looking again, it doesn't quite look like his style. Not important, just curious.

Unfortunately there's very little information about this set out there. It was produced by Topps, so perhaps you can find out who was doing artwork for them in 1974 and narrow it down a bit.
