MOTHERFUCKING GODDAMN VIRUS BULLSHIT

I have a virus called W32Trats!inf on my machine. Norton tells me it fixed it, but the little bastard keeps coming back. Symantec doesn't have shit about this one on their website. All it does is cause annoying IE windows to open to weird websites, but I'm concerned about security (online bill paying, etc.)

Anyone have any sources/suggestions/anything that will help so I don't have to re-format my fucking HD?

If your anti-virus software has an updated definition for this virus, it tells you it's been detected and removed, yet comes back later, is it possible you're visiting the same website that is just re-infecting your system?

Are you using IE? If so, I'm sure you've heard this countless times before but why not use a browser that is less susceptible to exploits like Firefox or Opera?

I use Firefox. I suppose the website scenario is possible, but doesn't seem likely. The message comes up shortly after rebooting, even before I've opened Firefox. This virus attaches itself to a couple of different startup applications, like ituneshelper.exe. :/
