Actually, I just added the ability to post comments on that game, so that's why it's appearing now. A lot of our older articles and games haven't been redone to match the new format that went live on our site in January. Anywho, yeah the mafia guys can be really aggressive. Best way to deal with them is to get rid of all the other enemies on the screen and then kneel-punch the mafia guys until they're kaput.
