Greenimp, it says right there in the article... "You can carve fruits, vegetables, hot dogs... whatever you want to try "Halloweenifying" for this contest!" Fruits and vegetables are fine, but you're welcome to go out and use any kind of food product you like whether it's a Whopper or a can of Treet / Spam.

Lime Slime is this year's mang-lava.

I don't take ppart in many contests, but i'm sure I can find something to halloweenify. perhaps even a plum (with the red insides) or something stringey... Grerat idea for a contest though Rog.

I wonder if anyone'll make a movie about Zombie chickens or something...

Wow, a Jack-O reference? Nice!

I tried getting through that movie two nights ago. Couldn't even stay awake for it.

I think I can halloween-o-fy the contents of my compost bin. will that count?

-RoG-: The lime that underwent brain surgery doesn't look all that bad after a few days. It's rotting appearance is, in fact, what makes it look all the more realistic.

Contest related: Do I get any extra points for making a pickle look halloweeny?

DarkfireTaimatsu, you know, you just might be right. Now all somebody needs to do is release some "Lime Slime Mang Lava" and they'll be a millionaire I tells ya!

saturnknight, looking forward to seeing whatever you come up with!

Green Yamo, yeah, it's damn near impossible to sit through without company to join you in ridiculing it.

stonewar,

Julio, yeah, I guess the decay of the lime does add some charm to it. And to answer your question, there will be no additional points awarded to people for brown-nosing by using pickles haha :picklehat That said, there's nothing wrong with using a pickle for your jack-o-lantern project.

I could've sworn the alien lime was supposed to be the Prince from Katamari Damacy:

All entries must be physically mailed into RoG, no matter how rotten and drippy they become. :lol

Haha nooooooooooo :P

wastedsage, yeah, they need to be physically carved. Part of the fun of Halloween season is getting to hack away at some produce, so have at it!

You appear to have a framed "Big Trouble in Little China" poster on your wall.

Heh, I remember the "Lime Slime" was a boss in Secret of Mana. Fun times.
