Excersise is one thing. But diet is also another. I usually like a big heaping tub of ice cream after jogging, or playing badminton. So kinda defeats the purpose ;__;

Do you guys monitor your intakes as well? What types of food do you recommend?
Its very conflicting since some people recomend carbs and others, proteins T__T

EAT NOTHING FOREVER

Develop a taste for grapefruit

Clinically proven to burn fat when combined with red meat.

Also, they potentiate opiates, the best way to lose weight.

1.25g of protein per pound of lean bodymass (bodyweight minus fat), then distribute the rest of the calories 60%-40% between carbs and fats. Keep in mind that fats are 9 kcal per gram and carbs/prots are 4 kcal/gram. Get your recommended daily kcal intake from any of like a million sites that will calculate it for you. Eat about 500 kcal under your recommended daily intake if you're trying to lose weight.

IF YOU WANT TO BE SCIENTIFIC ABOUT IT

the easier answer is 'quit being so fat'

After calculating all that shit you'd probably lose weight just from thinking so hard :(

I really just try to keep my meals to 3 a day and avoid eating a Baconator for all of them.

Not sure if I've lost weight doing this, but I haven't gained any either. It's harder when you wake up at noon and go to sleep at 4, because there's no traditional breakfast/lunch/dinner structure to adhere to. If I were less lazy I'd set designated FEEDING TIMES for days when I don't wake up like a normal person (all of them), but that would make me feel silly.

set feeding times are a bad idea. eat when you're just beginning to get hungry.

I stretch myself to find time to eat once meal a day, you douchebag. I've lost ten pounds since the beginning of summer because if it. :(

I mean, I don't eat like 12 english breakfasts a day, I just think it's less fattening to only eat three times than to just snack on potato chips the entire day

which is a really, really bad habit when you're trying to lose weight

Fathom Zero

Potato chips aren't Baconators, either.

Well if you don't want to be fat and disgusting, just be more productive. You don't have to go to the gym all the time and work out, go outside and stop being a socially inept dumbass. It also wouldn't hurt to cut back you eatting, that means stop eatting fucking potato chips and everything covered in ranch dressing.

I used to do that all the time, it never really worked though.

All the drugs I did lasted so long it was kinda hard to tell. But it also keeps some other (non-recreational) drugs I take in my system ( i think what it does it keeps certain chemicals from being metabolized ensuring a high level of those drugs in the system ) longer so I also used it for that.

BEFORE I EXERCISE I ALWAYS DRINK A CUP OF HOT TEA. IN MY IMAGINATION IT RAISES MY BODY TEMPERATURE AND INCREASES MY METABOLISM, AND WHEN I START EXERCISING I SWEAT LIKE CRAZY :O

Chojin

uh, your body only burns calories if it's heating itself up, bro. not if you bathe your insides in hot liquids.

that's like having a guy carry you for a mile and then celebrating

not all discomfort and pain is progress

I didn't say drinking tea alone would make you lose weight. The only thing I said that it actually does is increase your metabolism and raise your body temperature so that when you do start exercising your body heats up faster.

YOURE GOOD AT THIS ARGUING THING.

raising your body temperature with tea isn't going to make you burn more calories, dumbshit. if anything, working out in the arctic circle and forcing your body to heat itself would be a thousand times more useful.

:lol you're not very good at reading.

what you don't know is that drinking cold things puts out t he fires in your stomach but drinking hot things stokes the fiiiire.

Implying that it contributes, which it doesn't

The only thing I said that it actually does is increase your metabolism

why would it do this

and raise your body temperature so that when you do start exercising your body heats up faster.

so your body has to do less work it heat itself, which burns less calories than if you'd done nothing at all.

YOURE GOOD AT THIS ARGUING THING.

ty i won two contests, you might have heard of them

cause having a higher body temperature makes your metabolism faster? You should try drinking a nice cup of warm earl grey next time before you do some exercise.

It's true. Why do you think people with a high fever lose weight so fast?
;)

also did you know that sweating burns calories? Also when your body temperature is higher there is a lot of other things going on in your body. Like for example your body is desperately trying to cool itself off and to keep all of your organs functioning at a high temperature, w hich takes energy
