Supreme (as written by Alan Moore) is a brilliant book because it serves as a cliffnotes/commentary on classic Superman through the eyes of modern Superman as well as a complete fix of a character that was aimless and a 90s flash-in-the-pan. Between the retro-flashbacks, the analogues, and the overall great story, it's like all you have to do is change the names and BOOM, you have a great Superman story written by Alan Moore. Great review, especially about being reward for KNOWING about comics.

You've definitely sold me on this one. Nothing I like more in the realm of comics than references so completely obscure, it acts just as much as trivia as an entertaining story. Great review, captain.

Does he ever write about anything other than superheros? Also, he needs to shave.

Thanks guys! I'm glad you liked the review. Kitsunexus, check out From Hell or League of Extraordinary Gentlemen if you want Non-superhero stuff by Moore.
